Appointments
- Appointments can be booked by phone, email, or through our website. We recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment, especially during busy periods.
- You will receive a booking confirmation email with the details of your appointment. Please check this and notify us immediately if anything is incorrect.
- You will receive a reminder 48 hours before your appointment by text and/or email. Please confirm or cancel your appointment at this time if needed.
- If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals within 15 minutes of your appointment time, but may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled and full charges being applied. No further appointments will be booked until payment is made.
Cancellations and Refunds
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel, delay, shorten or change treatments where reasonably necessary.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
Salon Etiquette
- We expect all clients to treat our staff with courtesy and respect at all times. Aggressive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who is aggressive, abusive, or disruptive.
- Children are welcome but must remain the responsibility of the parent/guardian at all times. Disruptive children may be asked to leave.
Complaints
- If you are not satisfied with your service, please bring it to the attention of your therapist immediately so we can address the issue.
- For written complaints, please email [email protected] with details of your treatment, date, and concerns. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Pricing and Payment
- Prices are subject to change. Any changes will not affect bookings made prior to the price change.
- Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
